5.9 Place the "B" tape sealing collar 3 inches from the edge of the sheath opening on both sides, previously coated with C-Cement.

5.10 Place spacer foam over the opening and secure with wire ties on each end.  Trim off any excess overlap of spacer foam.  Make sure seam of spacer foam is opposite  injection fitting.

5.11 Wrap the SV closure around the B-tape collars.  If the overlap of the SV Closure is  causing interference with the injection hole or vents, remove and trim at reference lines.  Leave as much overlap as practical.  The protruding wedges in the cable  core will prevent the closure from collapsing in the middle. 

5.12 Secure Closure to B-tape collars with vinyl tape at each end.  Place vinyl tape over the SV Closure longitudinal overlap.  Place at least three half-lapped layers of vinyl  tape over the entire sleeve extending 2 inches beyond each end onto the cable  sheath.  Do not tape over vents at each end of Sv Closure.
